Your rating helps to determine your listing place, but is not the only thing that goes into your exact placement. If you’re rated at 4/5 and another company is rated at 3.5/5, it doesn’t automatically mean you will be above them… but it does help.

We act as “editor” to all Reviews that are submitted. We will never censor reviews, but we do make sure that all reviews are as true and respectful as possible. Our goal is to allow exchanges between both parties to happen naturally, creating a community with open dialogue. If someone gives you a harsh review, feel free to interact and respond to their review. Give your company a voice and the jobs will follow.

Dynamic Listings

Our Dynamic Listing system addresses the most common problem reported by the Process Servers who we spoke with. You should be able to differentiate your company by the work you put into it. So with our Dynamic Listings, we’ve created a way for that to happen automatically.

Your listing will be determined by a number of factors. The specifics of what determines your exact listing spot will never be fully published to help protect from blatant manipulation.
